Registering, Billing and Managing Commercial Relationships
Access to the Lekkerland SE “Breaktime” store is limited to customers registered in the app. To this end, we will only collect your mobile telephone number, username. This information is stored for the purposes of creating and managing your personal account. Your taxpayer number and email address may also be collected for the purpose of managing our commercial relationship (billing, collecting payment, complaints and satisfaction surveys, and customer service).
Whenever you associate a payment method to your register, the card number, expiration date, security code and name of the cardholder are collected, as well as the address associated with the card, for the sole purpose of the payment execution.
Any data collected will be stored for as long as needed to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in accordance with statutory retention periods.
Commercial Information
Using the Breaktime App entails receiving notifications about services, products and campaigns via the app, which is a legitimate Lekkerland SE interest, to share with users services, products and campaigns that may interest them. You may opt-out of receiving this information at any time as described below.
Consumer Profiles and Preferences
With your consent, shopping data collected will be used to help create consumer profiles and preferences such that notifications can be sent on targeted services, products and campaigns tailored to your consumer profile. Location
When making a purchase at the Lekkerland Breaktime store, the location of the mobile phone you used for the transaction will be confirmed to verify and secure the payment methods. This information will be stored for the statutory retention periods.
